1、 Project Background
Guangdong Anda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprise in China, specializing in fluid control equipment such as dispensing machines, coating machines, and glue filling machines, as well as intelligent assembly platforms. Its products are widely used in industries such as 3C electronics, semiconductors, and new energy.
2、 Project configuration equipment
This project is equipped with two double beam bridge cranes, with division of labor and cooperation:
- 10 ton EOT double beam bridge crane
-Rated lifting capacity of 10 tons, mainly used for lifting heavy workpieces
-Adopting variable frequency speed regulation, running smoothly, supporting precise alignment
-Supports dual modes of cab operation and wireless remote control, adapting to different work vision requirements
-Adapt to the conventional heavy-duty operation scenarios in equipment manufacturing workshops

- 5-ton EOT double beam bridge crane
-Rated lifting capacity of 5 tons, responsible for high-frequency transportation of small and medium-sized materials
-Using frequency conversion stable control, there is no impact during start stop operation
-Mainly used for lifting and turnover of daily fixtures, components, and small modules

3、 Core application scenarios of equipment
Two cranes are used in combination to cover the entire production process:
- * Machining process * *: A 10 ton crane is used to lift steel raw materials, large castings, and equipment frame blanks, and to coordinate with the machining center for loading and unloading; A 5-ton crane is used to transport small and medium-sized machining parts and fixtures.
- *Whole machine assembly process * *: Lift the heavy frame to the assembly station and cooperate with workers to complete the assembly and alignment of the equipment core module and electrical cabinet; A 5-ton crane is used to lift assembly tools and small components, assisting in assembly line operations.
