These terms apply to the use of sfcranes.com. Product purchases, engineering work and service orders are governed by the quotation, technical agreement or contract accepted for that project.

1. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about SUNFACRANE, industrial cranes, hoists, components, applications and project services. Accessing the site or sending an inquiry does not by itself create a sales, agency, engineering or service contract.
2. Product Information and Quotations
Capacities, spans, lifting heights, duty classes, images, drawings and application examples are provided for general reference. Industrial crane specifications must be confirmed against the actual load, building, runway, environment, local requirements and operating process.
A project becomes binding only through the applicable signed or accepted quotation, technical agreement, order confirmation or contract. If website content differs from an accepted project document, the accepted project document controls.
3. Buyer and Site Information
Accurate site dimensions, load data, operating conditions, power information and applicable standards are important to crane selection. The customer is responsible for providing complete project information and for confirming local permitting, installation, inspection and operating requirements unless a written agreement assigns specific work to SUNFACRANE.
4. Intellectual Property
Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, product documents and page designs are owned by SUNFACRANE or used with permission. They may be viewed and shared internally for legitimate project evaluation. They may not be republished, sold, altered or used to misrepresent another supplier without written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website to transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, submit unlawful content or impersonate another person or company.
6. External Links
Links to third-party websites may be provided for convenience. SUNFACRANE does not control those sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
7. Website Availability and Liability
We work to keep website information useful and available, but the site may contain errors or be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SUNFACRANE is not liable for losses caused solely by reliance on general website content instead of a confirmed project document.
